1. General

Welcome to jellyfirkin.kr. By browsing, purchasing, or using any service on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products & Listings

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all products. However: Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Jelly bags are made from premium translucent materials; minor texture variations are inherent and not considered defects. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are only confirmed and binding upon receipt of full payment. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, KakaoPay, and NaverPay. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including orders flagged for fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic (Korea): 1-3 business days. International: 5-14 business days, tracking included.

Important - Customs & Duties: For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We declare the actual order value on all international shipments.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Domestic: 14 days from delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, with all tags and original packaging intact. International: 7 days from delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Non-returnable: Used or damaged items, sale items, customized items, items returned after the return window.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content - text, images, logos, designs - is the property of Jelly Firkin and is protected by Korean and international copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy

We collect personal information (name, address, email, payment details) solely for order processing and service improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, including fraudulent orders, unauthorized system access, commercial resale without consent, or distribution of harmful content.

9. Disclaimer & Liability

Jelly Firkin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, public health emergencies, carrier delays, or government restrictions.
