Jelly Firkin operates jellyfirkin.kr. By accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Products and Listings

Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Jelly bags are made from premium translucent materials; minor texture variations are inherent and not considered defects.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are only confirmed and binding upon receipt of full payment. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, KakaoPay, and NaverPay. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Domestic (Korea): 1–3 business days. International: 5–14 business days, tracking included. Customs duties and import taxes for international orders are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. For damaged or incorrect items, contact support@jellyfirkin.kr within 3 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content is the property of Jelly Firkin and is protected by Korean and international copyright and trademark law.

7. Privacy

8. Prohibited Uses

No unlawful purpose, fraudulent orders, unauthorized access, commercial resale without consent, or distribution of harmful content.
