1. Order Processing

Processed within 1–2 business days after payment. Weekends/Korean holidays: next business day.

2. Shipping Rates

Calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over USD 300 within South Korea.

3. Domestic (Korea)

• Standard: 1–3 days
• Express: 1–2 days
• Tracking via Korea Post / CJ Logistics

4. International

5–14 business days. All international orders include tracking.

5. Customs

Important: Customs duties and import taxes are the buyers responsibility.

6. Tracking

Tracking number sent by email. Allow 48 hours to update.

7. Undeliverable

Buyer responsible for re-shipping costs if returned due to incorrect address.
