Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). 
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

United States (Primary Market)
• Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

International Shipping
• Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days depending on destination country.
• Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders (including orders to the United States) may be subject to customs 
duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the 
sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. 
Jelly Firkin is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. 
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, 
we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
