1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final and non-refundable. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations once confirmed.
2. Order Confirmation
Review your order carefully—product, color, quantity, address, payment—before completing. We are not responsible for buyer errors.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
Contact support@jellyfirkin.kr within 3 days of delivery with order number and photos. Replacement or store credit at our discretion.
4. Incorrect Item
Contact within 3 days. We ship the correct item at no cost.
5. Non-Delivery
If not arrived within stated window, contact us. Investigation with carrier. If confirmed lost: replacement or full refund.
6. Exchanges
No exchanges for any reason.
