Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your JELLY FIRKIN bag! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags and protective wrapping intact
- Accompanied by the original order confirmation or receipt
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
How to Return
1. Email support@jellyfirkin.kr with your order number and reason for return
2. We will send you return instructions and a return address within 1 business day
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping and offer a free exchange or full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
Exchanges
Need a different color? We offer free exchanges for unworn items within 14 days. Just email us at support@jellyfirkin.kr with the color you'd like to switch to.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it, free of charge. After 6 hours, the order may have already been processed for shipping — please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
