All purchases made on jellyfirkin.kr are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and payment has been processed.
2. Order Confirmation
Please review your order carefully-including product name, color, quantity, shipping address, and payment method-before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for errors made during the ordering process by the buyer.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or significantly damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@jellyfirkin.kr with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to request evidence before approving any claim.
4. Incorrect Item Received
If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped at no additional cost, provided the incorrect item is returned in its original condition.
5. Non-Delivery
If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery window, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
6. Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to color preference, size preference, or change of mind.
