1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Korean public holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Free shipping is available on orders over USD within South Korea.
3. Domestic (South Korea)
- Standard: 1-3 business days
- Express: 1-2 business days
- Tracking provided via Korea Post / CJ Logistics
4. International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International delivery typically takes 5-14 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance. All international orders include tracking.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Important: Customs duties, import taxes, and related charges for international orders are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We declare the actual order value on all international shipments.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address provided by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
